Q: How does Autoship work? 

Q: How can I manage my Autoship schedule and payment method? 

A. You can easily modify the shipping frequency of your Autoship order, as well as delay or pause or cancel if needed by logging in, clicking on My Account -> Manage Autoship. If you cancel your AutoShip subscription before your first reorder, you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the discount amount you received on your initial first AutoShip order. You can cancel free of charge after you have received your first reorder. Changes to your payment method can be made by contacting our customer care team. All our product pages provide information on how long each type of contact lens is meant to last for, so that you can easily plan for future deliveries accordingly.

Q: How do I cancel my Autoship?

Q: When will my payment method change?

A: Whatever payment method you selected at checkout will be charged automatically on the date your Autoship order has been placed.

Q:  Why has the price of an item in my Autoship order changed?

A. When your next Autoship shipment is heading out of our warehouse, we'll send you an email reminder that includes the most up-to-date prices for the items in your order. Note that our prices are subject to fluctuations to remain competitive within the market. With that in mind, note that the Autoship program offers discounts on future orders, plus we have a price match guarantee should you find a lower total for your order elsewhere.

Q:  What if I order glasses and contacts and select Autoship

A: Your contacts will Autoship, glasses will only be shipped on the first order. 

A: Autoship provides many more savings with way less work. After your first Autoship discount, you'll also receive a discount on all future Autoship orders of contact lenses.
